Our Continuous Professional Development days are for Yoga teachers or advanced students. We are registered as a Continual Education Provider with Yoga Alliance International. Each day will provide 6.5 hours of your annual CPD target.
The days cost £90 and are refundable if you early cancel within 5 hours of the day.
Each CPD session consists of two yoga practices over the course of the day, along with practical/theory sessions and breaks.
There are no pre-requisites for our CPDs, and most are suitable for all, from new-to-experienced yogis, teacher trainees and qualified teachers.
All props and course materials are provided.
All participants will receive a certificate of completion.

9:00-10:30 Welcome, Vinyasa Practice, Pranayama, Meditation
10:30-10:45 Tea Break
10:45-12:30 Theory discussion/practical/demonstration
12:30-13:30 Lunch
13:30-15:30 Theory discussion/practical/demonstration
15:30-15:35 Tea Break
15:45-17:00 Yin/Restorative Practice, Pranayama, Meditation
They are held in Turl Street Kitchen, two floors up behind the yellow door.
Even if you are not a member in Yoga Alliance or the other accrediting bodies it is good practice to ensure you are continually learning on your yoga teaching journey. These days will be a great asset to your teaching arsenal and your yoga practice in general if you are not a teacher.
