We're so excited to be a Yoga Teacher Training School and to take our students to the next level of their yoga journey by becoming teachers themselves. We aim to train culturally aware, charitable and rigorous teachers and are so excited to provide the MOST flexible course we can imagine to fit in your busy lives!

Obviously, all the profits goes to the charity and thereby makes sure we give access to yoga to under-privileged groups. 

I'm very excited that Yoga Quota is supporting Lewisham SUIT by providing a weekly yoga session for them for 2 months. People we will reach have suffered from drug or alcohol addictions- or still do, and their carers.

Each month the Yoga Quota teachers come up with a theme to help our students. This month, coming up with exams stresses in Oxford, Brett suggested "space" or "savoring the space between"... its such a lovely thing to think about here's what we mean and how it will help your daily life:
