 Settling in for the autumn makes me really relish the Hygga feeling at Yoga Quota. Walking up those steps in Turl Street Kitchen, slipping through the yellow door, settling on 'my' mat in childs pose and sighing *ahhhhhh*
 Yoga Quota hosted its first ever charity retreat in/near Borden Village in Hampshire. As this picture of some of us curled up in front of the fire post-yoga implies, it was lovely!
