Our first Yoga Quota YTT retreat was held over the last weekend in August and it was a truly amazing experience! Harriet, Anne, Venetia and 8 wonderful trainees escaped to an idyllic glamping site in the Cotswolds for a weekend of yoga, learning & amazing sunsets.

So October has crept up unbelievably fast for me this year. Autumn, these few brief months between the gregarious summer and cosy christmas period, has always been one of transition. ​

Anne- Literally half the time my husband is away with work. So he got us these etsy distance beads. Each bracelet has one bead from it's partner, you wear them when you are away from each other and always have a little bit of each other with you. We must be getting soft in our old age! Anyhow I'm also going to use them for meditation....
