Cassie is going to be going home for about a month to apply for her Ancestry Visa. As our amazing Oxford Branch Manager, I'm really going to miss her. Yet, she will still be contactable, as am I in the UK time zone and the wonderful Audrey and Harriet are sharing out her classes while she is away. Visas... bureaucracy...sigh. Come home soon!

Not 'positioning' as in asanas but a book about how yoga has moved and changed as it was spread from India, to the West and back again. What a find by Cassie! I'm reading it at the moment and thoroughly enjoying getting my bookworm on by reading this anthropology dissertation.

A new spacious room all to ourselves is now fixed! This means from October we will be able to put on far more charity classes because it's our own room and have more space in our studio classes too.
